House rules

This is what it says on the door, and it applies from the moment you step through the gate.

What it says on the front door

Short and to the point. Each rule is explained below.

  • CCTV in operation
  • From 21 years
  • No alcohol
  • No drugs
  • No violence
  • No firearms
  • No photographs
  • Safe sex only

These rules are here to keep everyone in the courtyard safe: visitors, the women who work here and the staff. They apply to everyone, without exception and without discussion.

Entry from 21 years

You are twenty-one or older. You may be asked for valid photo identification, and without it you will not be let in.

CCTV in operation

There are cameras at the entrance and in the shared areas. They are there for the safety of the women who work here and for yours.

There is no camera in the rooms. What you agree and do there is not filmed.

No alcohol and no drugs

Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the courtyard, and you do not bring them in with you. Anyone clearly under the influence will not be let in.

No violence and no weapons

Violence, threats or intimidation means you leave immediately and do not come back. Weapons are not allowed, firearms least of all.

No photographs or video

Not in the courtyard, not at the entrance, not in a room. Not discreetly and not “just quickly”. Anyone who does it anyway is asked to leave without further discussion.

Safe sex only

Work here is done safely, always. That is not a negotiating point and it is not up for discussion: a woman who refuses to let go of it is right to do so and has our backing.

Arrangements are made on site

Nothing is arranged through this website. There is no booking, no brokering and no waiting list. What you agree, with whom, for how long and at what price is discussed inside, directly with the woman herself.

That also means we cannot tell you in advance who is working. Every woman works for herself and decides that herself.

No means no

Every woman decides who she works with and what she does and does not do. She may end a conversation or an arrangement at any point, even if something had already been agreed. That is not open to negotiation.

Pressing, pushing or trying something that was not agreed is grounds for being asked to leave the courtyard.

Keep the neighbourhood quiet

The courtyard sits among homes. Keep your voice down on the street, do not stand around the entrance in a group, and leave nothing behind outside.

Anyone causing a nuisance outside will not get any further inside.

Paying

You settle up directly with the woman herself. Nothing is collected at the door or through this site. The two euros for the turnstile is separate from that and is not deducted from anything.

If something goes wrong

If something is not right, if you feel uncomfortable or if something goes wrong, report it to the management on site. You can also do that afterwards.
